My first instinct is to obey the rule 'don't leave a shot in a holding game'. But 11/4 seems to leave an awkward position, and with white on the bar 18/11 is looking attractive. We're going to have to clear the 18 point eventually, and I only count 7 shakes that hit the ensuing blot. Meanwhile, hitting will wreck white's timing (although it's pretty poor right now) so getting hit is ot the end of the world, or even the game.

18/11 for me.
