Nice analysis. I think you have a recube after 6/4 3/off and a dance, but not one that increases your equity by a lot. For that reason I would rip two. I think your analysis would apply very well in an alternative position, in which the 7 checkers from the ace are moved back one pip (so 7 on the 2); in that case, 6/4 3/off dance seems to be a very efficient cube.
