14/8 6/5. Look, we know these games never go quietly away and so while the risk is minimal we should slot (minimal in that Stick's board isn't much of a threat yet). If we get hit, so be it, but we need to get that 5pt. He has our bar point and better chances for making an inner point than we do (with his 3rd checker on 17). If we don't slot then he stands a good chance to be further ahead position-wise. Catching up isn't always about the race but sometimes it's about not letting your position get too far behind quality-wise. Slot and bring that builder from 14.
