a.) TD's should work together to see what works and what doesn't work. Experimentation should be encouraged to make improvements.

b.) 8 (I'd give it a 10, but TD's shouldn't be obliged to attend everyone else's Ts.)

Sidebar: I believe in "Ready, fire, aim" over "Ready, aim, fire" when it comes to introducing new ideas. In "ready, aim, fire" a person introduces a new idea, and everyone attacks it immediately. That's what happens most of the time. That discourages innovation and improvement. In "Ready, fire, aim" people first propose a bushel basket of ideas. Only after this stage has been completed is the "attacking" allowed to begin.
