I'd play 13/10, for several reasons: It is a builder for the 4 point, it leaves the back checkers as deep as possible to increase the contact and chances to hit a shot (good with our board advantage, and it mobilizes a spare from the midpoint, which is important: against an opposing bar-point, you don't want a lot of spares on the mid because that leads to awkward plays.

On the latter, look for example at the Match between Steve Sax and Mark Andrus of last weekend - with Steve Sax trailing 4-5, he failed to mobilize spares from the mid against a bar-point, and increasingly tied himself into knots (I also believe he misplayed a number of rolls, but he is excused because at the same time, someone was vocally flipping over something undefined yet clearly unfair).
