Daniel,

Indeed, the Q lacks clarity. Apologies to all who invested their time trying to read between the lines. When I posed this question I was thinking about what Jason said regarding combating attendance issues at the local level.

For instance,

If local tournaments were organised within a 100/200 miles of each other, then, TD's could work together by either attending each others events, advertising for each other, regional rankings, TD meetings every so often etc etc. I'm not advocating financial support here.
