I am more interested in what actually happened than what what might have happened. If there is no way to know, these moves will be entered, but won't be analyzed.
I don't think there's any way to know what happened, short of asking the players and hope they remember. For starters, Blue's failure to cube before the 65 casts doubt on how well the rest of the sequence was played. Even if we assume all previous decisions were well-played (or perfect), there will be more than one way to arrive at the position, and it will no doubt be a long sequence with White's 51S (Split, bar/24 13/8) being the last move played.
You might just want to diagram the position and start analyzing from that point. However, if a legal sequence is better than nothing, the shortest (with Blue starting) is with 65 as the 7th roll. For example...
