13/8 is yuck but is my small pref over slotting the 6 and 5 since I avoid issues with a stripped 8 pt. We have no need to tease the dice gods with plays like 13/10 6/4 here which pay to hit/cover jokers.

I used to play 6/4 6/3 in this pos-type and have been shown otherwise by bots and their rollouts.
