I'd play 20/18. This loses big on 62 and 51, but White's other hitting rolls are pretty good for her anyway. If you play 5/3 instead of 20/18 then you don't put any pressure on White's blot, so she can diddle around in her inner board with a poor roll. 20/18 gains a lot when White rolls less than a 5 or if she rolls 53 or 44. Finally, note that getting hit does have a small silver lining: you might dance for a while and hit a late shot.
