ELO based rating list

I believe an ELO based rating system similar to what they use in Denmark is the way to go. This system has proven appropriate of ranking players in Denmark. One could start out with the few countries who have a ELO based rating list and try to merge those together using some modification parameters. Hopefully soon the US will also implement a nation wide rating list based on not only ABTs, but also local tournaments.
