So basically you agree with everything I said.

How do you know that some program [if that what is causing it] is not interfering with your rollouts?

Me personally? I know that as long as XG isn't interfering with XG then I have nothing to worry about. I have no other real programs running that aren't necessary system .exe's, esp. cpu intensive, when I run my rollouts. For everyone else, guess you're screwed!
