2008 Giants list voting

I'm comfortable with the US players, but could use a lot of help with the foreign players. I usually line of my US votes and then try to fit the foreign players in at regular intervals. This has amounted to wild guessing. But, I figure its better than only voting for US players. I would seriously consider any input anyone has.
