I'd make the four point here. Blue has escaped his runners while white still has one man back. it's likely blue will have a chance to whack the runner next time, and owning the 4, 5, and 6 points will help a lot.

What else is there? 5/3*(2) just doesn't look very strong.

8/7(2) 10/9(2) looks good since it puts white behind a broken four prime, blocking 4s and 6s to run. But broken primes don't block very well - I like the permanent asset of the four point better.
