I might be off here, but I would play the holding theme: 13/2. You've got an timed ace holding game. He'll be crashing/leaving shots much sonner than you and I belive at it's your best plan for winning the game at this point.

PS: I've changed the position and put the second checker of the 24 point on your 13 point, and it's still not right to race (not by much though. -0,021 eqty diff at 4-ply)
