Does Stick cheat?

This all sounds very interesting, but how do you make sure someone with average PR lets say around 3.0 doesn't become equity favorite? I was going to make sure this would not happen. To make this possible I asked for data of Stick's matches recorded by Iancho. He would have to do just several clicks to export data from Stick's profile. He would not have to do any more work. I just wanted to make sure this bet would be fair to everybody. Iancho did not provide me with such information. He doesn't want to be a part of this, and this is understandable.

I have read a bunch of posts about this matter in recent weeks. Many were very negative. Although nobody pointed fingers, I felt like at least some were negative toward me. Let me get it straight: I did not suggested Stick cheated, nor did I suggest otherwise. I just wanted to stay neutral to be fair to everybody.
