I think we have to make a five-point board. That's the only defense we have against getting attacked, and at gammon go, making a strong board is always a top priority.

There are only two plays that make a five-point board: 18/2 and 18/14 18/10 6/2. Not sure between these two but 18/14 18/10 6/2 feels a little better.
