Unless I can entice Black into hitting me several times, my plan will be to convert to a holding game at some point. The 2pt offers more options in this regard than the 1pt. Tactically, checkers are well placed for the next turn or two as well. It is unlikely that I will be unable to send out a runner on the next roll. Mike
