Does Stick cheat?

How close is close? Who pays who what at what point?

Instead of an all-or-none payout based upon some specific PR (value TBD), would participants consider a sliding scale based on Stick's PR in the prop match? I think that a high-risk binary result--which might not conclusively settle any "cheating" question anyway--couldn't really be welcomed by either party. But a "hedged" range of outcomes might be less frightful to consider.

Others here would know more appropriate values to use; I'm just throwing these out as an example of the idea in action:

100% to Stick if his PR is < 2.1

90% to Stick if his PR is 2.1 - 2.299

80% to Stick if his PR is 2.3 - 2.499

...

20% to Stick if his PR is 3.5 - 3.699

10% to Stick if his PR is 3.7 - 3.899

0% to Stick if his PR is > 3.9
