In Trice's reference positions, the 5-4 backgame is double pass with three points to clear. This is a bit worse than the reference position since white is further forward and is about to crunch. I calculate the raw takepoint as 15/42 or about 35%. No way white has this. There are some bad roll that give brown bad structure, but only 63 actually forces a shot. That's 1/18 to get a ~50% chance of hitting. Not very good odds. White should drop this cube like a hot chimichanga.

Is it too good? Gammons are particularly valuable since they get brown to Crawford. Since brown will probably still have a cash next turn I'll hold. If I roll something weak like 41 I'll think about cashing.
