Not long ago I would have blasted by this on autopilot, playing bar/20 5/4. However, I discovered that I'm not aggressive enough in denying my opponent the second anchor when her backgame timing is still O.K. So, we also have to consider bar/20 3/2* and bar/24 7/2* here. I don't think that bar/24 7/2* makes any sense. Entering on the 24pt is already probably too costly, and then to give up the bar point as well? I don't think so. Bar/20 3/2* is the main alternative to bar/20 5/4.

I think that at a normal score, bar/20 3/2* is probably correct. Is the same true at 2a3a? I'm guessing yes. The point of 3/2* isn't to win more gammons, it's to win more games. It may, however, lose more gammons, which is bad news at 2a3a. But I'm going to try it anyway.
