Sixes and fives on first roll are very nice for Blue gaining time and creating some extra nasty entries for white and without there is still 17 free pips. At this score I would end up passing if I took some time here. It really depends on one's estimate of the gammonrate. In situations where I don't have a reference and don't trust any swag numbers I might produce, I start by asking myself: More or less gammons than from the starting position ? Here I would go for less, but not much less as some of the root numbers leave two blots in board after a six or five, so 20% making White's tp 2.6/7.6 ~ 34.2 and I feel for Blue winning more than 65.8%
