Legal moves only at Novi 2012?

Often I ask my opponent if I remember to at the beginning of the match but if I don't and I am just playing legal moves by default, whether they know it or not. I did not ask Harold nor did I know him at all before the match.

Legal moves is a big time negative swing for me as is playing with a clock but they're certainly what is best for the game I think.
