This looks pretty close. Let's first try to make the case for a take. Blue has quite a bit of work to do. First he has two blots to clean up. If either of them gets hit then Blue will have more checkers back than White will. Blue has nine checkers on the zone and only two home-board points made. White has ample opportunities to enter and anchor. Finally, White has made her 5pt and has no other weaknesses. So Blue will have some difficulty escaping the back checkers, and if White hits then her 5pt will make a difference.

All this makes me want to take, but the big argument on the flip side of the coin is that Blue is solidly anchored on the 4pt. It's hard to counter-attack or counter-prime Blue and turn the game around rapidly. That makes me think this is probably a close pass. If Blue's back checkers were less favorably positioned then I would take.
