This is true "locally" so to speak. For any particular problem, what you say has negligible influence on who will post replies to that problem.

However, there's also a "global" influence going on. People who post here a lot control the atmosphere of the group. Not many beginners or intermediates post here, and if they do, most of them don't do it more than once. There are many reasons for this, but the attitude projected by the person running the site is a big one.
