Stick Missed Second-Roll Positions Vs Rockwell?

I would never have mentioned this, except for the fact that Stick told us on this site that before his match vs David Rockwell in Cleveland, they both agreed that anyone who missed a second roll position would forfeit the match.
I would never make such an agreement, because I can screw up even the first roll. A few days ago, in one of my matches, my play with opening 64 was the illegal 24/18 13/7.
Stick played 42P-11N, 8/7(2) 6/5(2), which is best for money. The play at Gammon Go and also at this score is 42P-11e, 24/22 6/5(2). Hope I got the nactation right.
Thanks to Stick for being a good sport about this and thanks for Stick for posting his matches.
