Gustavo,
You don't know anything about Falafel to talk about him that way. You probably don't even know how he was voted the #1 player in the world. You're probably just posting what you say to start a ruckus, and since nobody else is willing to challenge you, I'll be the fall guy.
As far as I know, you don't know where Falafel comes from, how he got to where he is (the reason why he is called Falafel), you have never seen him play live, never talked to him about backgammon strategy, and you don't even check tournaments results before you talk about him not winning or cashing enough.
Having a low error rate means you trained yourself, dedicated A LOT of time to reading, playing, studying the game, and discussing backgammon with other players - not only to learn good things from them but to also understand the weaknesses of players.
Yes, having a low error rate does not mean you will win all the time, but it does mean you are playing most of the positions correctly, which helps a lot but there is always the element of luck, which makes the game interesting as well.
Neil Kazaross is one of the best in the world but at one point in the past he had a streak of bad luck for something like two years. Stick is also a great player and has played in live tournaments for several years now, but he had not won a major event until this year. The outcome of a game or match can change hands on any roll of a game.
If you think you are better than Falafel, put you money where your mouth is, play him for money and take all his money. Good luck with that buddy :-)
And Gustavo, next time you look in the mirror, remember, your eyes tell no lies, please tell me you are not one of those people who think you can roll any number you need using mind control.
