Dice lands on corner

I once hand-balanced 8 of the dice with corners on my roommate's board. Eventually, some of them fell over. I don't think they were moving all of that time. It takes very little to cause a die on its corner to tip over.

Like most, when a die lands on its corner, say "cocked?" If it tips after that, something influenced it. It was cocked.
