D/P for me in both cases.

In Position #1, White's prime will cause enough problems for Blue to give White some winning chances (close to 30% maybe?) but Blue's big board advantage wins too many gammons I think.

Position #2 can't be TG as diagrammed because of the Jacoby rule, but of course this position came from a match. For money without Jacoby, I'd still double because there are too many shot-leavers for comfort: 66 51 44 42 41 32 31 21, and 22 and 11 leave a few indirect shots as well.
