Sorry, But I disagree with Stick on this one

If my opponent moves 62 and quickly picks up the dice when I saw a 63, I will "maintain" that the roll was 63. That doesn't preclude peaceful settlement of a disagreement. It just means that I am taking the position that the roll was 63. If my opponent "maintains" that the dice were 62 then we will resolve things from there. Similarly, if I say "cocked" when a die has stopped on end, I will "maintain" that the dice were cocked. How could I do otherwise? Should I say that I was joking?
