I like B/21 13/10 better than B/22 13/9 because it seems to duplicate more numbers. After B/21 13/10, 2s, 4s and 5s can be good, after B/22 13/9 3s, 4s, 5s and 6s can be good. Plus we slot the better anchor in case we are hit in the outfield and respond by anchoring up.
