I agree with Ben - thus all analysis from DBgF is currently done XGR++

I am glad they do, but I am just trying to be consistent. Also, I won't change anything just because someone did.

I think I recall this being Neil Kaz's preferred "default" setting as well.

Good for Neil. But just because he does something doesnt mean I have to or need to follow.

If you go "Large" on the search interval, it doesn't take too much time compared to "Gigantic", and the difference is very small from a PR point of view.

Time is not an issue for me. With a set of computers I have I could do any kind of analysis and not care about anything. And since it hardly affect PR,as you say, I don't see why even bring it up.

DBgF uses "Large" for regular matches, but verifies all matches used to grant norms, on "Gigantic".

So, if according to you it makes no difference, why bother?

Maybe a lot f people have used WC before, and by continuing you keep some kind of "backwards compatibility" - but that way things will never improve :-)

You won't have to worry about me. If everyone switches, so will I.

And you are comparing apples to oranges anyway, since a lot of those matches you want to keep in line with, are done with XG1, another MET and aonther opening book anyway.

That is true, but eventually those matches will be replaced with new ones. So, you won't have to worry about that for long.
