The way to deal with someone who will make systematic errors of any kind is to make the best play except when two plays are close when you may make small errors in an attempt to draw misplays. It is painful to lose to someone who makes unsound blitzing attacks. But, once you anchor, your opponent may not make any more misplays. I would be inclined NOT to anchor if the choice is close in hopes of drawing the unsound attack. Sometimes you will lose due to this strategy. But, your overall equity should increase.
