I counted 23 pips to get the last checkers home, so likely that White enters before and can provide effective resistance. White's hits are powerful, because Blue's spares are mostly buried - if Blue gets hit and does not jump out very soon, he'll crash. Then if Blue comes home completely, the bad spare distribution creates a lot of shots.

I'd recube because I expect to pick up a number of passes.
