Xg Mobile Strange dialogs

I can imagine that it would be difficult to convince the casual mobile/tablet user that a good bot does not cheat. The casual user is not willing to go in depth to find out how the random dice generator works. It is too much trouble for him. He also does not know the skill level that is hidden in backgammon and cannot believe that an expert player can win much more often than a novice, simply because he never played with an expert player before. Therefore he recognizes those extra wins as extra luck and believes that he was cheated.
The problem with this situation is exactly that the casual player does not care to examine if the bot cheats or not, as it is too mind bothering for him to figure that out. What could probably help you in your cause is testimonies from world champions.
The title of the world champion has the prestige needed for the casual player to get impressed and rethink what he believes. If during the loading screen you had the quotes of 2-3 world champions like the one below:
"When I play extremegammon on my mobile I loose 53% of the matches. Extreme gammon would win a novice 87% of the time."
then I believe that you would have much less bad ratings from people that claim your program cheats. If you do not have a loading screen just before the game starts then consider displaying your messages along with your logo when you load the graphics.
Probably with your connections you can find a few world champs willing to help you. I would not use other expert players except world champs, as most likely people who leave the bad-cheating rating never had seen a list of giants of backgammon in their life.
Just an idea
