seems like a roll that allows many choices....blue may not get his 5 point but he can fight for the next key point, the 4 point,i believe that the 4 point is the one point white doesnt want blue to make, especially considering that blue has the bar point and white has 3 checkers stuck on the 24 point, so i would try to make it rather than worry about lifting it, whites lack of a real homeboard threat gives this plan the green light for me...the back checker can wait, i would want extra cover numbers to make the 4 point,the spare on the midpoint is looking for work so he has the job,and even here there are choices as how to bring it down, , question is do i hit along the way or not...if i dont hit then i give 15 shots to white,if i do hit he gets 20 shots but he also gets 4 dance numbers, i like the tradeoff especially when his game is so undeveloped, so i play 13-12*-8....... and keep my eye centered on the cube:)
