20/15 adds 65 as a cover number for the 4-point, but loses 44 as cover. Meanwhile, 23/18 creates 11 as a number to expose a blot, and avoids numbers like 11 and 21 next, which after 20/15 cover but play inflexibly (not adding to outfield coverage).

Probably 23/18 is a bit better than 20/15.
