Sorry I haven't had much time to devote to bgonline. I'll try to keep popping in, at least occasionally.
Nice position posted by Daniel.
Regarding the Nactation of the third roll play:
White enters with the 5 and plays down with the 3. Typically, I use the orthodox Nactation of S (referring to a Split-and-down move). However, it is permissible (common even), as Daniel did, to use a letter that excludes the entering portion of the play: D (Down) for 13/10. [It is not fall into the category of assumption.]

Regarding the main position:
R (Run, 24/22 16/13) is perhaps the knee-jerk play but is very inflexible. Given a choice of stacking plays, I'd rather play d (down, 13/8), which yields a far better distribution.

That said, I'll go with H (Hit, 13/11 8/5*) for two reasons. Firstly, White's outfield points in front of Blue's outside blot are stripped and anyway White hits it with only 8 numbers (including 44 11). Secondly, for the great diversification: the 16pt checker threatens to cover the 11pt blot with 5s (and the usual 1s, 2s, 3s and 6s are already working).
The above position vaguely reminds me of the left-hand (third-roll) position below. Blue should play W (Wild, 21/16 6/5), with the threat (among others) of covering his 11pt with 5s.
In the right-hand (companion) position, Blue's 5s are no longer working (and his 6s are a bit downgraded to 4s). In this case, without 5s working, Blue has several moves that are better than W. Topping the list is B (Both, 21/16 9/8).
