As I said, I don't have a rollout. I don't think a rollout is needed if all we want to know is that the top play is to make the 5pt.
Since making the 5pt is the obvious play, why is this interesting? Well, the overeducated among us know that sometimes, in similar positions, it's better to make the "naked ace point" play of 20/10 6/1*(2)—Dmitriy's example of 43S-65R-55, for example. In his introduction to Backgammon Openings, Nack gives this as an example where Paul Weaver was ahead of his time, recognizing the strength of the naked ace point play before others (including Nack) did.
In the position I posted, however, the blitzing play is less likely to succeed, for at least two reasons. First, White has a bunch of anchoring rolls that bring the blitz to an abrupt halt. Second, White has strengthened her board by making her 4pt.
Backgammon is truly a game where a little learning is a dangerous thing. After studying "weird bot plays" for a while, one can end up playing whoppers that a less well-informed player would never even consider.
