Easy Take

I'll tell you right now that the rollout has barely started but I'm quite surprised that seemingly everyone thinks this is an 'easy take'. Maybe I'll eat my words, won't be the first time, but I think that you'd have to visit mapquest to find your way from this position to an easy take. I think it's a take but not by much at all. I also have an idea to 'fudge' the position and see if it pushes it into pass territory. I'll post that later too.
