Put

img src="www.site.with/image.png" /

inside html tags (less-than before greater-than after).

If you are posting a position, consider adding the alt attribute with value equal to the gnu or xg id of the position in case the image becomes unavailable:

img src="url" alt="positionId"/

plus tags.
