Leonardoīs health problems and the free tournaments that he has promoted in the past donīt have any impact on the crux of the matter, which is that if he has received entry fees and failed to pay the winners, then he has to be judged on that. I would be, any of us would. Nobody forced him to promote any tournaments and many people tried to help him with the now defunct IIBGF, but he is not a man to take advice I am afraid. All very sad.
