Why is it wrong to slot the barpoint here?

13/7 -> few bad numbers for Brown -- 16 hits with tempo on the bar point, 2's and 3's advance, some numbers attack, 6-4 24/18*/14*, 3-3 24/18* 6/3*(2), 5-5 13/3* 8/3 6/1 are strong, a few numbers at least cover the ace point, and only 5-4 seems particularly awkward.

bar/16 -> add 5-1 and 4-2 to the do-nothing rolls (if played to the bar, a triple shot for White), 6-3 and 6-2 step into a double shot, 5-5 isn't as good, nor is 3-3 or 6-4 or 6-5 or 6-6. 6-1 plays better, but what else does?
