It's not a good plan to wait on the deuce-point forever, but I don't think that this is the right moment to split. Our board isn't really stronger and White will be happy to point on us since her prime isn't complete anyway. If she gets hit back, it won't be that hard for her to re-enter and re-circulate.

I would try 13/11 3/2, trying to build our board. White will not be too eager to break anchor to hit.
