PR in clocked matches

Im not sure if you should mix PR and losing on time, PR is more a measure of technical skill. However, the mwc cost (how much match winning chances you give away on your actions, in this case losing on time) in the match should be whatever mwc you had when you timed out.(xg reports how much mwc each players give away during a match, as well as reporting a PR, I like to note both)
