8/4(2) looks like the natural play to me here, making a home-board point and giving a pretty nice distribution. However, the bot votes for 13/9(2). I assume that blocking the 6-away point is valuable enough to override the other advantages of 8/4(2). This is shaping up to be a mutual holding game where players are generally going to be avoiding unnecessary shots (so home-board points are somewhat less valuable than usual) and will gain a great deal if they can jump ahead safely with a big roll (so blocking the 6-away point gains in value). Still a bit surprising to me though.
