A 2.0 PR doesn't mean that there are no whoppers, but they're just much sparser. For example, recently there was a discussion about low-PR live matches that were fairly long. I think that if you go through a live 17-point match where one player plays a 2.0, you'll still find some whoppers.

In answer to Bob Koca's question, perhaps I should have phrased it like this. If you take Stick's live matches and zero out the "mistakes" that could plausibly be termed "adjustments," you're still not going to get a 2.3 PR.
