I agree with Mike's sharp analysis, and support K (Kill, 8/4* 6/5*).

I believe the pivotal issue (that Mike mentioned) is the inefficiency of granting White 6s (the fanning number) to hit on her 5pt.

If White's 11pt blot were instead on her 10pt or 9pt, Blue should probably play X (hit and split, 24/20 6/5*) and keep his 8pt. [I find those variants even more interesting.]
