I'd D/T in both positions, but I agree with Keene that White is better off in the left-hand position because of the race. It should still be a double, though, since Blue's doublets play splendidly, as of course does 31, and there are few bad rolls. If it were a money game, I think Blue would be a little less inclined to double, but I'd still double.
