As far as I can tell I've never screwed up your/you're in print, online or otherwise.
I do however occasionally screw up to/too/two when I am not thinking, almost always typing "to" for some reason when I screw up.
Then there is there/their/they're, which I rarely get wrong.
I have to look principle/principal up at dictionary.com though, I can think of three different definitions off the top of my head and can never remember which is which.
Then there are the typos....
The misspelling that cracks me up the most is when someone angry calls someone else a "looser" (fyi it is spelled loser as opposite of winner. Looser is the opposite of tighter). I've seen it so often I know it isn't a typo. When foreigners do it I suspect they learned their spelling from American imbeciles. Regardless, it is funny.
The one that made me want to cry was the post somewhere of the person complaining about the sad state of are public schools without a trace of irony or /sarcastic tag.
