His race efficiency. I was not very clear in my post. The race wasn't the key to me in their differences, but since it certainly is a factor I suspected that, due to White's inefficient distribution it wouldn't be as much of a difference as the straight pipcount would suggest. But honestly I just looked at the positions and felt I'd be far more eager to turn the cube in the lefthand position, with White's too-forward development, and was surprised when poster's whose opinions I respect a lot more than my own said otherwise.
